With over 45 years of experience in construction management and property oversight, Steve brings a practical, experienced eye to every home he watches. He understands how homes are built, how they age, and how mountain weather can affect a property over time.
His background includes custom home, commercial, and municipal building construction, project management, and property manager for Routt County municipal properties. That experience helps him notice visible concerns early and provide homeowners with clear, accurate updates they can trust. As both a homeowner and a property manager himself, Steve knows how important it is to have someone dependable looking after your property when you cannot be there. His approach is personal, responsive, and grounded in the trust that comes from being part of the local community.
